The challenge

The secondary watch market moves serious money through group chats and spreadsheets. Inventory lives in one file, invoices in another, listings in a third, and the customer list in someone's head.

Deals die in the gaps between those tools. Dealers needed one place built for how the trade actually works.

What we built

A trading platform for the luxury watch market, designed as one system rather than six tools bolted together.

  • Inventory

Every watch tracked from intake to sale, with the numbers a dealer prices against.

  • Invoices and deals

Paperwork generated from the same records the inventory runs on. Nothing retyped.

  • Listings

Stock published to the channels dealers sell through, from one screen.

  • CRM and payments

The customer book and the money side, in the same clean space as the trade.

The outcome

Live at mywatchflow.com. WatchFlow is the studio's own flagship: we designed it, built it, run it, and keep building it.

It is also the standard we point clients to. Everything we ship is built to be operated, not handed off.
