Case 02 · Client platform
Lexington Watches
A full e-commerce replacement, live on the retailer's own domain.

The challenge
A watch retailer selling serious inventory needed a store it owned outright. No rented storefront, no template theme, no monthly platform toll.
It had to handle real stock, real customer accounts, and real card payments from day one, and the owner had to be able to run it without calling a developer.
What we built
A complete store: storefront, back office, and payments, built for one retailer and owned by them.
- Storefront
Brand-correct catalog and home page built around the inventory, not around a theme.
- Stock-list importer
Excel and CSV stock lists import directly. Columns map automatically; references update instead of duplicating.
- Customer accounts
Sign-in, order history, favorites, and guest order tracking by reference and email.
- Payments
On-site card entry processing real charges, with orders, cancellations, and restocking handled in the admin.
The outcome
Live at lexington-watches.com, on the client's own domain and server. Real card payments clear through the site.
The retailer runs the store day to day from its own admin: imports, orders, and settings included.
