Use of the site

The site exists to present our work and let you contact us. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at abusive rates, or use the contact form to send unlawful content or bulk solicitation.

Our work and marks

The text, design, and code of this site belong to Emuna Labs. Screenshots of client work are shown with the owners' knowledge to document what we built; the underlying brands, marks, and products belong to their respective owners.

Links to other sites

We link to live products and client sites we built. Those sites have their own owners, terms, and policies; once you leave this site, theirs apply.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep everything on it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Emuna Labs is not liable for damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms cover this website only. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
